Immunizations. CHECK. Visas. CHECK. Travel sized toiletries. CHECK. Malaria Pills- yucky. CHECK. Packed and ready to go? Working on it...

we are two days away from our LAX departure. As a team, we have been preparing for this day for what feels like, well, let's be honest. It feels like yesterday, but regardless, we have put so much time and effort into this moment and it has finally come. A sweet release of sorts.

As we are scrambling around to get everything finalized, we have taken a day or two to rest in Christ Jesus. To spend time with Him and delight in his graciousness in each of our lives. In the past few weeks some of us have been anxious, stressed, frightened even, however, the calm that HE is providing in the final hours has overcome it all.

So many have reached out to us through your commitment to prayer, monetary donations, equipment donations, baking goodies, raising money, sitting with us as we clean our houses (maybe that's just me) and the list goes on. We can't really begin to correctly express our gratitude to each of you but please know that we have a dear, dear place in our hearts for your kind touch on our lives. We can only pray that we have that sort of impact on our brothers and sisters in India.
